Figurative Proportions Lesson

In this figure drawing workshop students learn how to accurately measure and draw figurative proportions within a graphic design. All drawing and reproduction will be done by hand without the use of computer software programs. 

Lesson intended for youth ages 13-15
A five hour lesson done in two sessions. 
Maximum number of students per class: 8 

This lesson will be available to the public, 

July 1st & 2nd  10a.m.-12:30p.m. at the David A. Howe Library 
during the 2013 Allegany Arts Association

Allegany Artisans Studio Tour Membership Confirmed

 For the first time SheilaLynnK Art studio will be participating in the Allegany Artisans Studio Tour
October 19-20, 2013. The studio will be open to the public both days of the tour
from 10 a.m.-5p.m.
Throughout the year studio visits can also be scheduled by appointment via email, website contacts, blog or by calling the studio directly.

 This is an opportunity for patrons to view and purchase assorted original paintings, photography, and prints. Patrons may also schedule a consultation for commissioned projects at this time.  Studio-specific gifts and novelties, including: posters, notecards, postcards, calendars, and coloring books w/ a free crayola 8 pack  will also be available for purchase.
Each item will contain reproductions of original art by Sheila L. Kalkbrenner
